This is to ensure when you part with your hard-earned money that you know I am genuine, you are dealing with a real life person, that I go the extra mile to find the perfect holiday but most importantly I understand your needs whilst building relationships. We can discuss and meet up at a time and place that is suitable for you.

I offer my personal service for FREE and put that personal touch into every holiday, so it’s more than just a holiday. Your very own Travel Curator from the moment you get in touch, to the very moment you return. With over 20 years experience and expert destination knowledge, offering hundreds of suppliers giving you choice and the very best prices as I have access to deals you can’t find yourselves. I treat every holiday like it’s my own and I will ensure the holiday is right for you so you get an unforgettable experience.

Whilst some trips are easy to book on your own, where you are spending hours scrolling through different travel companies, why not let me take care of you? I can’t take the stress and hassle away. I will do all the research and ill be the one sitting on the phone for hours, dealing with the queues and hold music so you don’t have to. I also put some little touches in along the way, ensuring you holidays runs as smoothly as possible. You can relax knowing you are in safe hands as I am always just a phone call away.

Every holiday you book with me is ABTA and ATOL protected

ABTA protection
ABTA is a travel trade association for tour operators and travel agents who have been offering expert advice and guidance for more than 70 years. ABTA leads the way for ensuring high service standards among its members (travel companies like Inspire), focusing on key issues such as health and safety for holidaymakers and encouraging responsible tourism both in the UK and abroad.

As an ABTA member, Inspire is committed to maintaining a high standard of service to its customers by abiding by ABTA’s Code of Conduct, so you can feel confident that we offer package holidays you can trust.

Being a member of ABTA means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct, and confidence in Inspire and the standard of services we offer you. This includes a commitment to excellent customer service, fair terms of trading and changes to bookings.

All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.

ATOL protection
In addition to our ABTA protection, customers get the security of knowing that flight-inclusive package holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. This means that in the very unlikely event that something happens to us or one of our travel suppliers, you have comfort that you will be able to get home safely and won’t be stranded abroad and if you were yet to go on holiday, you’ll get a full refund. Every part of your flight-inclusive package holiday is financially protected by the ATOL scheme.

Please note that ATOL protection does not apply to all travel services listed. We will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL certificate but all of the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.

IATA protection

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is a trade body that represents most major airlines and helps formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues. You can feel reassured that Inspire and any travel agent displaying the IATA logo has been required to meet stringent financial and professional criteria. Although IATA membership doesn't provide financial protection to passengers, this protection is provided by our ATOL protection as outlined above.

My services are FREE and I don’t charge a service fee.

Majority of the time, the answer is I am not more expensive. I work with hundreds of suppliers to ensure that I offer you choice and options to suit your requirements, whilst I also ensure I get you the best possible price.

The minimum deposit starts from £59pp all dependant on the supplier and destination.

14 weeks before travel or 16 weeks before travel for a cruise.

Yes, it is possible to either amend or cancel a holiday. This is all subject to availability and cost. If you wish to cancel your holiday, please get in touch for the most up to date information. You may incur admin fees or cancellation charges.
